Beach House Hilton Head Island

This place is beautiful! I took a short trip to tour the resort for my wedding! We booked the place and it is absolutely beautiful! The staff is outstanding as well!

Location is beautiful, right on the beach. The hotel is older & has been repainted but felt clean. It unfortunately has minimal views of the ocean from the rooms. It has thin walls & was noisy. The bed was comfortable (and I’m picky). The shower pressure was good and it was hot! TV only has basic channels, couldn’t even see a TV guide much less stream something. But, I did find the Olympics which is all I wanted. Also, it could benefit from better lights in the rooms. Can’t beat a sunrise over the ocean though. Water is not provided and the tap water smells chlorinated, but there is a nice machine with water in the lobby hallway for filling up your own bottle.

Came to The Beach House for a little R&R after Widespread Panic Halloween in Savannah. First, the staff was beyond friendly and helpful! (Shoutout to Kiki) Rooms were updated, nice, and CLEAN. Shower head could use a scrub, but nbd. Only complaint being, no ability to Netflix etc on the TV. Tiki bar was wonderful, especially the live music playing all day and into the evening. Drinks were a little pricey, but that’s to be expected. The pool and hot tub were great too and no crazy towel policies (like some other resorts) Overall, so glad we stayed here over the other Hilton and Marriott properties I’ve stayed at before. my husband and i had our wedding here this past sunday, and it couldn’t have been any better - i am very glad to have entrusted my special day in the hands of the staff at The Beach House. our wedding coordinator Olivia worked with us to bring our vision to life from early detailing to last minute touches the day of, and was an excellent communicator throughout the process. our reception venue was the newly constructed Dunes Pavilion, and it was beautiful and appropriate for the size of our attendance (60-70). we loved the heaters and that the side panels were able to come down when it started to get chilly after sunset. every member of staff was lovely, coming up to me from time to time to give clarification, updates, and compliments on my dress which was very sweet. the overall experience staying at the resort was also on point- although the weather was in the high 60s to low 70s, it was still sunny out and we were able to enjoy the heated outdoor pool and hot tub at our convenience. we and our guests also loved the options of having the bar at The Porch (poolside) and the Tiki Hut just outside our patio. the large fire pits are also a great touch and were perfect for everybody to hang out around at night. our room itself was great too- we opted for a patio king and it was nice to be able to walk outside and have our own space, and to be close to the Tiki Hut and music. the bathroom seems to be upgraded to a walk in shower and large vanity in all of the king units, but friends who stayed in queen rooms had a standard tub/shower combo and a smaller sink area. we were very pleased with the cleanliness of our room upon arrival as well! overall The Beach House is a great option for your wedding or vacation, with its super convenient location next to Coligny (we found ourselves not even having to drive for many things), wonderful accommodating staff who goes the extra mile, and beautiful property with an updated pool area and great bar access. We will definitely be coming back here year after year, and hopefully bringing our friends and families back as well!

You really cannot beat this place. The staff is incredible, the location is excellent, and the tiki bar has amazing vibes (and drinks)! We enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub during our stay, even though it was in the off season. We will definitely be back!

We got married at Beach House a few weeks ago. Margaret and Olivia were fantastic from the booking all the way through the wedding day. We had our reception on the Dunes Pavillion next to the beach and it was incredible. Our guests were raving all weekend how beautiful the resort/venue was. Highly recommend working with Margaret and booking your wedding at Beach House.

I had an excellent trip to the Beach House and wanted to take a moment to thank the excellent and attentive staff on site. Specifically Diane and Brian from the night audit team. They were an absolute pleasure to speak with and had some great recommendations for the area. The staff from morning to night did a great job and could be customer service role models for any hotel! I'll definitely be repeating my stay in the future!!

First timer, the rooms were clean, everything worked as it should. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate needs. The location was perfect, we enjoyed the hot tub, heated pool, live music daily at the Tiki And most of all being able to walk out on to the beautiful beach.
